This policy describes how Melon Sandbox Mod Installer (the “App”) handles information. The App is published by Spinel.
The App lets you select Melon Sandbox mod, map, save, and ZIP files and send supported files to the Melon Sandbox game. Selected files are processed on your device. The App does not upload the contents of selected files to our servers. The App uses Android's file picker and temporary access permissions where appropriate; it does not require broad access to all device files.
The App may save a local history of files sent to the game, including filenames, file types, timestamps, source document references, and ZIP entry names. It does not make duplicate copies of your original files solely to maintain history. You can remove individual history entries or clear the history in the App. The App also stores local settings such as your appearance preference.
The App integrates Google Mobile Ads (AdMob) and Google's User Messaging Platform (UMP). Depending on your region, choices, and applicable law, these services may process information such as advertising identifiers, device information, IP address, app interactions, and consent preferences to serve, measure, and protect advertising. The App may request permission to display notifications on supported Android versions. You can allow or deny notification permission through Android settings.
The App may link to other apps published by Spinel, including MCFX on Google Play. External destinations have their own privacy practices.
We do not sell selected game files or their contents. Local history remains on your device until you delete it or uninstall the App, subject to device backup and system behavior. Third-party advertising services may retain data under their own policies.
The App is not designed to knowingly collect personal information directly from children. If you believe information was collected improperly, contact the publisher through the contact details shown on the App's Google Play listing.
We may update this policy to reflect changes in the App or applicable requirements. Updates will be posted on this page with a revised date.
